Multi-dimensional candidate evaluation

Flensby & Partners uses internationally recognized testing tools from SHL.
 
Typically, we test the personality plus verbal and numerical/logical skills. Test results are used as a formalized conversation tool together with our competency-based interviews.
 
Test results are strictly confidential between Flensby & Partners and the candidate being tested. We always offer test feedback to the candidate. 
 
Taking references is also a crucial element in the overall evaluation of the candidates we present.
 
Our consultants’ knowledge and experience complements the above and is of course our X-factor. That is, our evaluation of candidates’ expertise and social and personal competencies, strengths and weaknesses, both in general and specifically as they relate to the particular challenges of the job in question.
